If u ask me what's the best way to learn a language or framework(Such as Catalyst)?My answer is always, undoubtedly, practice. meet a difficultie, then resolve it.

And the project can be common such as blog/wiki/forum, even RSS-Aggregation or anything u like. it's no big deal, we can have a talk to determine it.Yup, I'd like to recommend forum(maybe named Foorum) or RSS-Aggregation(Rsser, do u like it?).
